She received a degree in illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. She has illustrated three children's books, and her artwork has appeared in nola baby & family magazine and Charleston Magazine. She lives with her husband, Dylan, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
