Little Chinoo the Eskimo is fed up. It's too cold to play outside and the Big Dark is everywhere - all the time. Then one morning, Chinoo and his parents set out on a long journey. On the way, Chinoo meets a cuddly little polar bear, a furry wolf cub and a gallumphing baby walrus, all wanting to play! But each time, Chinoo's parents tell him to hurry up or he'll miss it. What can it be? At the end of his long journey, Chinoo is rewarded with the glorious spectacle of the rising sun. Now, he can play outside whenever he likes!
