"Worried Arthur - The Big Match" is a beautifully illustrated picture book from Ladybird. Arthur is a penguin and a worrier. When he is picked to play the football final match at school, Arthur is both worried and excited. What if he doesn't get enough practice? What if he scores an own goal? With gentle encouragement, Dad urges Arthur to do is best. The gentle text by Joan Stimson and fantastic illustrations by Jan Lewis make this a lovely book that is perfect for sharing together with young children. There are two more titles to look out for in the "Worried Arthur" range - "The Birthday Party" and "Countdown to Christmas".
