Biff isn't happy being a beaver, in fact he thinks it's boring. He'd rather be a dragonfly, or a swan or a wild cat. However, when he helps Mum and Dad to rebuild the family home, he realises that being a beaver isn't so boring after all and learns to be happy about being himself.
