Somebody has stolen the eggs from the secluded nest near their village once before. This year they are determined that it won't happen again. Lecky and his friend Nora are going to be prepared. They build a hide and keep a close watch on anything suspicious in their village. They begin to suspect the local handyman, but succeed in spotting the real culprits just in time. A gentle and appealing story with an environmental theme, which will enchant young children.
