Ellie is a little girl with bags of confidence and attitude. She knows what she likes (her pet rabbit, Oscar!) and what she doesn't (her hair!). Oscar is a chilled-out, carefree rabbit who accompanies her on her adventures. One day, completely fed up with trying to tame her wild and colourful hair, Ellie sets out on her scooter to search the world for someone with similar hair. Having had no success (after going around the world four times!) Ellie and Oscar find that they are lost. Fortunately their friends rescue the duo ater spotting Ellie's hair from high up in a helicopter. Ellie learns to love her hair and is happy to be different.
