Adam and Eve
God puts Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden and tells Adam he can eat what he likes except for the apples from the tree of knowledge and goodwill. A serpent deceives Eve into eating the forbidden fruit, and she gives some to Adam. Both now have the ability to conceive of shame and evil and to punish them God banishes them from the Garden of Eden.
