Action hero Jackie Chan has a mission: to capture the 12 talismans of the Chinese zodiac before the thugs of The Dark Hand do. His pursuit first takes Jackie to Istanbul, Turkey, where the Sheep Talisman is just out of his reach. Jackie's crafty niece Jade gets her hands on the talisman before he does - and soon finds herself under its influence and at the bad guys' mercy.
