She concentrated on illustration, drawing and painting, and graduated with honors. Since then, Janet has worked in various types of illustration, and particularly enjoys illustrating books. Her other titles include Daniel's Dog , Mystery of the Lunchbox Criminal , Selina and the Bearpaw Quilt and In Flanders Fields . Janet works from her home studio in Toronto, Ontario.
