The assemblies provided in this book include seasonal material. The approach is down-to-earth and carefully related to the themes and problems of life for young teenagers. The outlines allow pupils to question, reason and make up their own minds about the important issues raised. Although written from a Christian perspective, the book can be used with integrity by teachers who do not share the Christian faith themselves. With a little adaptation it could also be used for church talks, youth groups and so forth.

This book is aimed at children in secondary school.
