Cloud Nine Armstrong's house is noisy. Mum, Dad, baby Bubbles and Chum the dog are forever making a racket; hoovering, shouting, banging and barking. It's all too much for quiet little Armstrong who is always getting in the way. So Armstrong goes outside and builds high up into the sky, lassoing a cloud.
