Robert Moffat (1795-1883), a boy from Scotland, was one of the great pioneers of the Christian faith in Southern Africa. He travelled by wagon across the veld and made friends with warrior chiefs of the Bechuana and the Matebele people. He had some thrilling adventures along the way.
