Based in Auckland, he makes a living writing children's books and educational readers. Galia Bernstein was born and raised in Israel until she moved to New York to study design. She worked as a textile print artist and later as a senior designer and then art director. Based in Brooklyn, she is now a freelance illustrator. A former teacher and head of sixth form, Ian Whybrow is now a full time author. Tony Bradman was born in London in 1954. He has written poetry, picture Anita Ganeri is an award-winning author of children's books, specializing in geography. Scoular Anderson is a popular author/illustrator whose previous books on our list include the very successful MY FIRST JOKE BOOK. He lives in Argyll, Scotland.
