Initially trained and working as a Fine Artist, Jon Hughes made the shift to traditional illustration by the mid 1980's, making the transition to Digital 2&3D work in 1998, and has been continuing to attract commissions, with numerous published titles to his name. Clients have included: The Natural History Museum London, National Geographic, American Museum of Natural History, National Museum of Scotland, Canadian Museum of Nature, Alaska Heritage Museum, to name but a few. Alison Sage and Susanna Gretz's enormously popular storybooks were first published nearly thirty years ago. These tv tie-ins have the original stories as their basis. PETER MILLETT is perhaps best-known for his Johnny Danger DIY Spy series ( Penguin Books Australia) and the Boy Hero Wannabe Zero series (Faber & Faber, UK). Based in Auckland, he makes a living writing children's books and educational readers. Galia Bernstein was born and raised in Israel until she moved to New York to study design. She worked as a textile print artist and later as a senior designer and then art director. Based in Brooklyn, she is now a freelance illustrator. A former teacher and head of sixth form, Ian Whybrow is now a full time author. Tony Bradman was born in London in 1954. He has written poetry, picture Anita Ganeri is an award-winning author of children's books, specializing in geography. Scoular Anderson is a popular author/illustrator whose previous books on our list include the very successful MY FIRST JOKE BOOK. He lives in Argyll, Scotland.
