Covering a wide range of novels, poetry and drama, including Shakespeare, this pack offers teachers a selection of possible strategies for teaching Key Stage 3 texts. It consists of teacher's notes, and photocopiable worksheets for pupils. The authors included are taken from the Key Stage 3/4 reading list in the revised English Curriculum, operative from September 1995. The pack has implicit links with the "Thornes Classics" series, but it can be used with any literature series.

This book is at the following key stages: Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 . KS4 covers school years 10 and 11, and ages 15-16 years.
