Mark is on his way to spend the Christmas holidays with his anthropologist parents when his plane crashes in the jungle. He and the injured pilot are found by the Yanomami and taken to their village. Mark writes and illustrates a diary during his time in the jungle and, with the aid of his polaroid camera, gives a warm and vivid account of the life he shares with the Yanomami people. A fictional diary that offers real insight into another way of life.
