Princess Rosa lives with the King and Queen in a beautiful palace. All the people in the palace - the cook, the nurse, the guards, the jesters - are part of the happy Royal Family. But soon a chill wind comes, unlike any other that has been felt before. At the palace things take turn for the worse, but the cold period brings its own rituals and a surprise visitor has interesting ideas on how to bring warmth to the chilled court. . .
