Henri Sorensen is a Danish artist who has illustrated over 20 books for children, including I Love You As Much . , The Yellow Star: The Legend of King Christian X of Denmark ; and Christmas in the Trenches . His work can be found in The Very Best Children's Book Illustration, published by the Society of Illustrators. He lives in Risskov, Denmark, with his wife and two daughters. Myron Uhlberg was the firstborn of deaf parents in a time before television, and he developed an early love for the magic of words. He is now a full-time writer living in California. His grandmother introduced him to the 'mad dog' that inspired this book. Lydia Monks was born in England and currently lives in London. She has an honours degree in illustration from Kingston University, Surrey. Lydia has worked for newspapers and magazines and has illustrated many children's books.
