Clementine Beauvais was born in Paris in 1989, but decided to cross the Channel at 17 years old to see how things are done on the other side. And she very much liked what she saw, so, since then, she's been living in Cambridge. Emilia Fox is a British actress best known for her role of Dr. Nikki Alexander on BBC crime drama Silent Witness. She was born in Hammersmith and also read Frances Hardinge's A Skinful of Shadows. Rob Stevens is a British Airways pilot who writes between flights in hotel rooms all over the world. THE MAPMAKER'S MONSTERS is his first series for children. When at home, he lives in Dorset with his wife and two young childr Elen Caldecott co-wrote the EVIE'S MAGIC BRACELET series with Jessica Ennis-Hill.
