She shows us how our days are made up of both the sweet and the tart--euphoric bike rides to buy sweets and plans to run away--as well as quirky moments of reverie, such as imagining birds will grow from birdseed. feeling. Jesse Torrey's vibrant photographs make each poem bright as day.
