Two diaries chronicle the same events from two vastly different outlooks. Sonia charts her two-week infatuation with the new boy Owen. Owen, meanwhile, is scheming and streetwise, searching for loot buried by his brother after a robbery, and using Sonia's good nature for his own ends.
