Livewire Maths is a series of textboks entirely focussed upon boosting the basic numeracy skills of those currently underachieving or with special needs. Designed to be used alongside existing course material, each title focuses on an individual aspect of mathematics, and has a matchign teacher resources that is simple to use and understand. An intensive catch-up course, the series is aimed at pupils who have achieved Level 2 of the National Curriculum and are working towards Level 3. This teacher's guide comprehensively supports the students' book and combines all the features that teachers have requested in the trialling of the series.
