Lee Harper attended the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia. His first book, Woolbur written by Leslie Helakoski was published by Harper Collins. He is also illustrating Looking for the Easy Life by Walter Dean Meyers due out Fall 2010. He lives and works in Doylestown, Pennsylvania with his wife Krista and their two sons Will and Dan. Snow! Snow! Snow! is the first book Mr. Harper has both written and illustrated. Walter Dean Myers is an award-winning writer of fiction, non-fiction and poetry for young people. His many titles include the Newbery Honor Books Scorpions and Somewhere in the Darkness, and the Caldecott Honor Book Harlem in collaboration with his son Christopher, who also worked with him on Monster. Walter Dean Myers grew up in Harlem and now lives in Jersey City, New Jersey, with his family.
