Marie Pearson is an author and editor who enjoys researching topics on history, literature, and animals. She lives in Minnesota with her Australian shepherd and standard poodle. Marne Ventura is the author of 41 books for kids. She loves writing about technology, nature, science, food, health, and crafts. She is a former elementary school teacher, and holds a master's degree in education from the University of California. Marne lives with her husband on the central coast of California.
