Forbidden a pet, Jo hides an abandoned puppy. When her parents find out, he has to go, and is taken to a kennel, The Doghouse. Meanwhile Jo's elder sister, Lyn, slips off with Kenny and his friends, who spell trouble. Are they responsible for various local crimes? Is The Doghouse in danger?
