Teachers are always looking for ideas for assemblies. They are a compulsory part of school life and this book will provide lots of ideas for many different types of assembly - teacher led, whole school, classroom based and those presented by the children themselves. The assemblies included in this book are mostly ones with a moral theme but in a lot of cases links are made with stories from different religions or literature. Teachers can choose to adapt the assembly accordingly or use the ideas as follow-up in the classroom. A few assemblies relate directly to the Bible and worship. All assemblies contain the opportunity for children to reflect and be actively involved.

This book is part of a book series called Ready To Go .
