"Animal Farm" is a political allegory by George Orwell, depicting a group of farm animals who overthrow their human farmer in hopes of creating an egalitarian society. Led by the pigs, particularly Napoleon and Snowball, the animals initially celebrate their newfound freedom. However, as the pigs begin to assume power and privilege, the ideals of their revolution are corrupted. The farm becomes a totalitarian regime as the pigs manipulate language and educate the other animals to maintain control. Ultimately, the story illustrates the dangers of power and the ease with which noble ideals can be subverted into oppression. [Generated by language model - please report any problems].
