It's that time of year again -- time for Gladstone Brie's crucial music festival! This year, there's a special guest making an appearance with Da Easy Crew . . . none other than music legend Toots. But disaster strikes when Toots doesn't show up. Where can he be? And why is Ice Popp, a keen young rapper, so quick to take his place? With the clock ticking, there's not much time to find Toots before the concert. Luckily Rastamouse is on the case!

With flaps to lift on every page and a brilliant pop-up ending, children will love joining in the hunt for the truth as Rastamouse, Scratchy and Zoomer solve another puzzling mystery.
