SpongeBob creator, Stephen Hillenburg, taught marine biology at the Orange County Marine Institute, California, before he pursued a career in experimental animation and came up with the ideas and characters for one of Nickelodeon's most popular cartoons. THIEN PHAM is a comic book and visual artist, based in the Bay Area. He is also a high school teacher.
