Twelve radiant tableaux reflect the timeless beauty of the Easter story in stained glass. Beginning with Jesus's triumphant entry into Jerusalem, the dramatic events unfold: the last supper, Jesus's betrayal and arrest, his trial and mockery, the Crucifixion, Resurrection and his three appearances to his disciples, culminating in his ascension to heaven. Fiona French's images - in designs and colours inspired by the pages of "Les Tres Riches Heures du Duc de Berry" and by the glorious English cathedral windows of Ely, Lincoln, York and Canterbury - combine with words taken from the authorized King James version of the New Testament to create a celebration of Easter.
