Based on Lois Duncan's 1971 children's book, Hotel for Dogs, this live-action movie is a comedic adventure that shows how far love and imagination can take you. When 16-year-old Andi and her younger brother, Bruce, find themselves in a foster home with a strict 'no pets' policy, the siblings have to find a new home for their dog, Friday. The kids stumble into an abandoned hotel and begin transforming it into something truly magical: a home for their dog, as well as all the stray dogs in the neighborhood. But the hotel soon arouses the suspicions of the police, who want to know - who let the dogs in?
