In "Dracula Is a Pain in the Neck" by Elizabeth Levy, young readers are drawn into a humorous and spooky adventure as they encounter a bumbling version of the classic vampire. The story follows a group of kids who find themselves dealing with the antics of Dracula after he decides to crash their Halloween party. Instead of being a terrifying figure, Dracula is portrayed as goofy and clumsy, leading to comical situations filled with misunderstandings and laughter. Through clever storytelling, Levy mixes elements of horror and humor, making it a lighthearted tale perfect for young readers looking for a fun scare.
