An anthology of Christian prayers that has been collected from every corner of the globe. The vivid imagery and use of language may differ from country to country, but the same universal themes of love, forgiveness and hope run through them all. The prayers come from the Philippines, Kenya, India, Mexico as well as from Europe and the USA.

He uses prayer and storytelling in his work with children in church and in school. His previous book for Frances Lincoln was A WORLD OF PRAYERS. Elena Gomez was born in Spain and now lives and works in France. Elena Gomez lives in France. This is her second book for Hodder.
