James has been feeling tired and has not felt like doing anything for a while; he doesn t feel like getting out of bed or eating, and is even missing out on meeting with his girlfriend, Gina. When the Medikidz, a group of superheroes from a distant planet, burst through his roof on their Medi-jet, James barely blinks! Luckily, the Medikidz know all the facts about depression and whisk James off to Mediland to explain exactly what is going on in his brain so that he can understand his condition. On a tour of the human body, Pump, Chi, Gastro, Skinderella and Axon will use their superhero powers to take James down to cellular level in order for him to get a close-up view of what is taking place inside his body that makes him feel the way he does. Join James on his adventure with the Medikidz as he tours the brain, encounters the message-delivering neurons and witnesses what happens when there aren t enough happy messages being delivered. James will return from Mediland feeling much better now that he understands more about the symptoms of depression and the treatments that can help him... but will he be back in time to fix things with Gina?...
