Cambridge ICT Starters: Initial Steps has been designed to support learners who are following the Cambridge Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Starters syllabus. This book provides full coverage of all the modules. The sections of the book correspond to the modules and follow the order in which the modules appear in the syllabus. The book builds on keyboard skills and basic routines, such as emailing, handling data, spreadsheet management, creating and editing written work and handling images. Jill Jesson is an experienced teacher working at a primary school in Rotherham. She has written books for children and teachers on science, design and ICT. She was, for many years, a regular contributor to art and design magazines and has had several of her poems included in anthologies for children. Graham Peacock is a principal lecturer in science education at Sheffield Hallam University. He was a deputy head teacher in a primary school and has taught at a number of schools both in Britain and the Far East. He has written books for children, university students and teachers. Graham Peacock is an experienced teacher, a well-published author of primary science texts including the 'Oxford Primary Science Dictionary' and an Inset Co-ordinator for Primary Science
