This is an anarchic parody of polite behaviour. Lucien and Wayne are brothers who hate each other. They spend their whole time outwitting one another and annoying their weird parents. This is the story of a battle of wills between the twins. Wayne wants the swamp destroyed and Lucien wants to preserve it.
