This picture book takes a child's-eye view of pregnancy and birth. The book follows the pregnancy of the child-narrator's mother, as the mother gets larger and larger and develops cravings for peculiar combinations of foods. When the little girl's mother eventually gives birth, the little girl finds out it is twins and that she now has a baby brother and a baby sister. Debi Gliori's other books include "New Big House", "My Little books and has written "Pig's Birthday".
