This picture book takes a child's-eye view of house-hunting. The house the little girl's family live in is extremely overcrowded with pets, children and adults. They need to move into a larger house. The first house they go to see is haunted and mice-ridden, the next has a funny smell and the third is mouldy. They eventually decide to stay where they are and build an extension.
