Lindsey teaches at Yorkshire Coast College. Ray Barker has been closely involved with the National Literacy Strategy. Christine Moorcroft is a former teacher, lecturer and OFSTED inspector. They are the best-selling authors of Developing Literacy. Tony Outhart, Series Editor for Collins GNVQ Leisure and Tourism, leads this experienced author team. Tony is a freelance Lesiure and Tourism Conultant Lindsey Taylor is a Senior Lecturer in Leisure Studies and GNVQ Coordinator at Yorkshire Coast College. She has worked as a marketing consultant and personnel and training officer. Ray Barker is a Senior Lecturer in Leisure Management at University College Scarborough. Ray has worked as an outdoor activity and event manager and independent consultant organising personal and staff development courses. Tony Outhart is Curriculum Manager for Leisure, Tourism and Sport at York College of Further and Higher Education.
