Harold, Chester and Howie are going back. Back to the dreaded 'Howliday Inn'. As if life weren't enough of a struggle! On arrival, the pets are introduced to a whole new set of residents, and a surprise invisible guest too! To Chester's delight, and Harold's horror, there appears to be a ghost staying at Chateau Bow Wow, too. But is 'Rosebud' really a ghost, or is she part of an elaborate ruse on the part of one unhappy resident, to escape the gates of Howliday Inn, and find his long-lost master? One thing's for sure, only Chester, Harold and Howie can get to the bottom of this one!
