Alison Edgson is a freelance illustrator, originally from Northern Ireland. She trained in Visual Communication at the University of Ulster in Belfast. She lives in the beautiful Wye Valley AONB. Danielle McLean is a children's book editor who lives in South East London. She dreams of living in a house full of wiggly piglets and fluffy white kittens. When she's not writing and editing children's books, she'll be found in a ballet class pursuing her other childhood fantasy. Kathryn Selbert is a children's author and illustrator with a BFA in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design. She currently lives in Connecticut, USA, with her French bulldog, Margot. Barry Timms likes the way that stories bring people together. He can often be found with pencil in hand, writing or drawing or both. He loves road movies, ghost trains and exploring forgotten side streets. Laura Brenlla studied animation in her hometown of Madrid. But she decided that creating characters, and telling their stories in her own way, was so much fun that she became an illustrator instead. Rainy days are her favourites, where you'll find her drawing in her studio beside her sleepy dog and a noisy little heater. M Christina Butler was born in Scarborough and now lives in Driffield, East Yorkshire. Her most recent Little Hedgehog adventure, for Little Tiger Press, is One Special Day. Kathryn White writes for children of all ages and is obsessed with animals. She's published by Little Tiger and Egmont and regularly visits schools and runs interactive workshops. Beast Hunter is her first title for A & C Black.
