In "Rugby Zombies" by Dan Anthony, the story unfolds in a small town where an unexpected zombie outbreak occurs during a rugby match. As the local rugby team faces a horde of the undead, the players must band together, using their skills both on and off the field to survive. With a blend of action, humor, and sportsmanship, the characters navigate the chaos, forming unlikely alliances and discovering their true strengths. The town's spirit is put to the test as they fight against the odds to reclaim their community from the clutches of the zombie menace, all while trying to score the ultimate victory.
