"River Boy" by Dan Anderson follows the journey of a young boy who discovers the wonders and mysteries of the river near his home. As he navigates the shifting currents of both the river and his own emotions, he learns important life lessons about friendship, loss, and the connection to nature. Through vivid imagery and heartfelt storytelling, the boy embarks on an adventure that deepens his understanding of his surroundings and himself. The river becomes a symbol of growth, change, and the passage of time, as he grapples with the challenges of growing up while cherishing the magic of childhood.
