KEN WILSON MAX was born in Zimbabwe. He studied in Harare, Zimbabwe before coming to England where he studied Design and Print Planning at the London College of Printing. Dakari Hru was a poet and lecturer who lived and worked in America. He was a prominent member of the Afro-American literary world. Ken Wilson-Max lives in London and has crated many wonderful books for children. His bright and vivid art has earned him many fans as well as ensured his prize-winning status.
