One of a series of factual books, this book provides information about human and animal skeletons. It explains why most animals have skeletons, which animals don't have skeletons, what exoskeletons are, the different parts of the human skeleton, what bones are made from and how they repair. The book also features a gatefold which opens up to reveal illustrations of the human skeleton and the body showing its organs. A fun quiz at the end enables children to test their knowledge.
