Corrinne studied English Literature at the University of St Andrews, she is a writer and children's TV producer who lives in Manchester with her husband and Alba, the guard cat. Fiona Woodcock grew up in Leicester and knew from an early age that she wanted to earn her living from drawing. Since graduating from Glasgow School of Art, where it often snowed heavily, Fiona has been working on illustration and animation projects in the rarely snowy London town. Author of the critically-acclaimed CILIP Greenaway-nominated, A Dot in the Snow , Corrinne Averiss is a writer of thoughtful and humorous stories for children.
