Tony Bradman was born in London in 1954. He has written poetry, picture Catherine Maccabe has had a life-long love of children's books. After taking a divinity degree at Aberdeen University she worked in a bookshop, in a library and for many years as warden of a sheltered housing project. Clive Scruton has created dozens of books for Walker Books and other children's publishers. He is greatly inspired by the style of classic comics. He loves creating 'small worlds full of exotic stuff, action, batty animals and excitement!'.
