It's Christmas Eve, and all is still and quiet. One family are tucked up in bed dreaming of sugar plums, until the magical arrival of Father Christmas and his team of reindeer wakes the poem's narrator. Matilda Harrison's intricate illustrations are enhanced by embossing on every spread and act as a beautiful complement to the traditional text.
