Clement C Moore, American writer and poet, is best know for this poem, which he wrote for his children and published anonymously in New York's `Sentinel' on December 23rd 1823. Owner of Edward D. Nudelman Fine and Rare Books in Seattle, Washington, Edward D. Nudelman is a member of the Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America. He is the author of the foreword for the enhanced edition of Jessie Willcox Smith Mother Goose.
