Claire Hawcock has written and edited children's books for many years. Her previous titles include Dracula Spectacular and The Pop-Up Alien Book. She lives in Bath with her paper-engineer husband, David Hawcock, and their two children. Niroot Puttapipat grew up in Thailand, the grandson of a Thai princess. He has a lifelong interest in art and literature and is the illustrator of The Musicians of Bremen. Niroot now lives in London, where he recently graduated with an art degree from Kingston University.
